Qube Design is pleased to offer you a lovely small family home of questionable heritage. We're not really sure how old it is, or if there are any secrets your sims should know about (although it's rumoured that there is a secret attic room behind a sliding bookcase....).
Until your family finds that room, they'll be happy to enjoy 2 big bedrooms, 4 full baths, garage, pool, numerous decks and a dramatic split-level kitchen / family dining room. There's also a main floor music room, HUGE living room, attic office (or third bedroom), and a fully developed basement featuring laundry room, workshop area in the garage, a gym, spa area and full bathroom off the pool area.
This lot is fully furnished and equipped, and game-tested.
