So many features make this lot truly special - herringbone hardwood floors, dark paneled rooms, wonderful details (such as the mullioned windows and the beamed ceilings), and a compact floor plan ideal for a single, couple or small family offering room to grow. Eventually the attic could become a wonderful master suite, and the partially developed basement offers room for a pool table, gym, hot-tub room, or small in-law apartment.
The main floor offers a lovely entranceway with grand staircase, with a quiet library to the left, and a cozy living room with fireplace to the right. Designed and built in 1938-1949, the original 3 bedroom plan has been modified, now offering two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a separate dressing room, roof deck, observation balcony, carport, and lower-level spa w change-room and terrace. This home is furnished, equipped, and finished in exquisite detail with many of FLW's signature touches, such as red-stained concrete floors and cornered french doors.
It is built for Wright Way in Sunset Valley, however the lot can be modified with 'SetImportedTerrainOffset' cheat before placement on other lots.

Medieval castle living at its finest is better than revenge! Have you seen how, um...., terrible Maxis' 'The Rookery' is? Seriously! The best room in the entire place was just filled with stairs, and stairs, and stairs.

Now it's better than... anything! Including revenge! Yes, I went CRAZY with store-stuff. But I think you'll love the outcome. Some say her quiet ghost still walks the halls at night, still speaking silent words (that will assure your Sim a good night's sleep).....

Behind the stone walls and imposing gates at 455 Sunnyside Blvd in Sunset Valley lies a spectacular new home for your Sim: a massive whitewashed stone beach house that offers the latest in luxury living. The U-shaped driveway drops you off under the main entrance portico and you enter the Grand Foyer, which overlooks the indoor-outdoor pool and the beach beyond. The double staircase at either end of the hallway carries you down to the terrace level, or all the way up to the roof (solar-paneled, of course)...
To the left of the Grand Foyer is the large living room, with adjoining music chamber and beautiful sunroom which opens onto the formal rose garden.
